Hoping to Dance...

So...  Yesterday, my Bible reading told me to splash and today, my reading tells me to dance!  This is going to take more energy than what I have, dear Father...  I'm going to need some help!

1 Thessalonians 4, verses 1 and 2 from the Message version::

                We ask you - urge is more like it - that you keep on doing what we told you to do to please God, not in a dogged religious plod, but in a living, spirited dance.  

Like It said, it's going to take some gumption... Help me, Lord!
